1 day visit

The one day visit is designed for any gymnastics club looking to take their gymnastics strength & conditioning knowledge to the next level.

By bringing Dan in for a visit your club will receive a bespoke service based on the needs of the club gathered from a phone conversation prior to the visit.

A visit will include a presentation on a given topic, observations throughout the day using Dans unique integrated approach, Strength & Conditioning session with key gymnastics and the day will be rounded off with a Q & A with Dan and your coaches to answer any burning questions regarding strength and conditioning in the gymnastics environment.

MONTHLY VISIT

Would you like monthly S&C support at your club?

This package is the one for you! Ranging from one to two visits a month your club will receive a strength and conditioning program delivered to the gymnasts from a periodised plan, coach education on topics relevant to the club, live WhatsApp group for support away from Dans visits. This is like having your very own club Strength & Conditioning coach at the club and will help accelerate the development of the gymnasts in your club whilst increasing the knowledge of the coach at the club simultaneously.
